Do clear phone cases scratch easily?

Our clear cases have been designed with an anti-scratch layer on the outside, which adds a heightened level of protection but won't prevent all scratches.

However the insides of these cases do not have this anti-scratch layer, so there is still a chance that scratching could occur if dust or grit gets inside the case. For this reason, please take care when cleaning your case or your phone, as even the tiniest dirt particles could cause scratching damage.

Do TOTEM clear phone cases turn yellow easily?

Our clear case is made from German Bayer, a material that is durable and malleable, so they’re easy to fit, and offers high protection.

Clear TPU can turn yellow over time via a natural ageing process due to colour transference and chemical reactions when exposed to excessive amounts of heat, UV light, and chemicals.

But German Bayer materials delays that process so that your case do not turn yellow in a short period of time.

The level of yellowing completely depends on using habits and the environments in which the phone case is used.

Are Totem cases compatible with Apple MagSafe?

All TOTEM cases are compatible with MagSafe wireless charging only. They are not compatibly with MagSafe magnetic functions.

Product is good but the company policy is pthetic

I bought the product but I didn't like the product hence wanted to return as per company 30 days return policy, I emaild the company support , they asked for photos , I sent and den they said will get the product picked up , but den I got an email stating unable to pickup as courier / delivery guy unable to pick or schedule the pick up , when you can deliver the product in 4 days but unable to schedule a pick up is quite un trustable and somehow killing the TAT for return and den will say time is over and you hv to keep the product. pathetic customer process, won't ever buy from this website / company at all.

Very good experience again not to go with this for purchasing any product and I ask them to return the product but no one came to take back the product. I just want to get my cash back that’s all.
