Rs. 350 local market product with Royal price and Return/Replacement Policy

On April 20, 2023, I ordered a Black Color Crystalline Magsafe Case for my iPhone-13. After using it for initial 30 days the bottom silicon part of the case started losing contact with the backplate for the case due to which dust is getting accumulated inside the case.
This is my 2nd worst experience with TOTEM cases.
Guys they are selling cheap local market products at higher prices with the worst return/replacement policy. I raised a return request for this cheap product and they agreed to replace it at a discounted rate of 50% of the original product price.
Don't buy TOTEM cheap products.
